How do I make my purchase?
You need to create your account on our website, go to the top right corner and click on ‘My Account,’ then follow the instructions. Now you can choose your favorite pattern and add it to your shopping cart.
I had problems with my download, where can I find the file I purchased again?
You can download your file again in My Account > Downloads.
How do I receive my product?
After completing the payment process, a ‘DOWNLOAD’ button will appear on your payment confirmation. Click on it and go to your computer’s downloads folder, where you will find your ZIP file.
If I purchase a pattern with an exclusive license, will no one else have access to it?
No, no one else will be able to download it, as only one download is made available.
Can I purchase from any country?
We use the Tilopay platform, which accepts payments from anywhere in the world with VISA, MasterCard, and American Express cards.
